While this station was the original Fire Department and Police HQ, it is currently used to house Apparatus and is shared with the American Legion Post 371. Station 1 (Unstaffed) –Located at 1025 Guadalupe The Guadalupe Fire Department also participates in the Master Mutual Agreement and responds to large scale disasters in California most recently involved in the Thomas Fire and assistance with mudslide preparations in Santa Barbara. The fire department responds to structure fires, vehicle fires, wildland or grass fires, dumpster fire and fire alarm activation’s, Etc. Rescue, basic life support, hazmat and technical rescue services. The department provides structural fire, wildland fire, The department hasĪutomatic aid agreements to protect portions of Santa Barbara County, and San (Original Badge of Commissioner George Juarez)Īutomatic aid to the surrounding areas, which include protected marshes, andįorty three square miles of rural/agricultural areas.
